Drinking Grass Juice has been commonly recommended by persons who study natural healing techniques. In recent years, it has become popular among those seeking a potent source of antioxidant and phyto-chemical properties attributed to deep green leafy vegetables. In today's world, "eating right" is becoming more and more difficult. It is no surprise that people who uses grass juice powder feel that it is the best thing they have done for themselves in a long time!
Our organic cereal grasses, viz. Kamut, Wheatgrass, Barley, Alfalfa and Oat grass, are grown at 2,800-acre organic farm at 5000-foot mountain of an ancient volcanic lakebed in Utah. Irrigated by mineral spring and harvested at the peak of nutrition, our grass juices are processed ?on sight? at low temperature, to lock its nutritional potency - yielding a completely non-pasteurized and highly concentrated (33:1) juice powder. Each gram of grass juice powders is made of 33g of grass. Our product is uniquely processed using proprietary technology that does not upset nature?s delicate balance of enzymes, essential oils and other nutrients, upon which wholesome life depends. Easy to use and surprisingly palatable, our grass juice powders contain NO binder, fillers, sweeteners or additives of any kind.
The nutritional value of cereal grasses, including barley and wheatgrass, varies greatly on how the grasses are processed which varies from one product to another. Therefore, when considering which product to purchase, smart buyer shall look into the method whereby the grasses are processed into the final product rather than the mere word ?Organic?. The cheap inferior method cuts the grass, lets it dry, and then chops it up into fine powder. The superior method juices (removing the fiber of) the grass and then uses a technique that dries it into powder, leaving the nutritional content. To do this, the grass should not be heated and the drying process must capture the live enzymes. This is easier to say than actually doing it. Our raw materials are processed in such a way that the sensitive nutrients of the grasses are naturally preserved. Such technology is proprietary and more superior to any other method currently in use.
